The data controller is Cyberabbit SAS, SASU au capital de 11000 EUR.

We use your name, email address, optional organisation and message to respond to your enquiry. This processing relies on our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries and, when you request a service, necessary pre-contractual steps.

Enquiries are stored on this hosting service and forwarded to contact@cyberabbit.fr through Microsoft 365. Recipients are authorised Cyberabbit personnel and the providers necessary to hosting and email delivery. This form does not request assessment documents.

Copies stored by the form are retained for 90 days. Follow-up email correspondence is managed separately according to the relationship concerned. Hosting-provider technical logs follow its own retention period.

Abuse prevention

The form uses keyed hashes of the IP and email address to limit abuse. These counters are removed after one hour during maintenance. The site adds no audience analytics or advertising cookies.
